Led by April and Tim, our team combines a passion for connecting people with dogs and a deep understanding of supporting individuals with autism and diverse abilities. Together, we offer personalized service dog training to empower both dogs and their owners.

APRIL

CPDT-KA, CFFP, CDBC, SDT, ADT

April is a certified service dog trainer based in Victoria, Canada, with over a decade of experience. Originally from the UK, she combines her passion for dogs and her expertise in working with individuals with diverse abilities to create personalized, positive training approaches that enhance both human and canine lives.

TIM

As the Owner and CEO of three successful businesses in the dog industry, Woofability Daycare & Boarding, Woofability Service Dog Training, and Pawsabilities Service Dog Society. Tim is passionate about strategic leadership and delivering excellence in pet care and service dog training.

ALEXIS

Alexis has stepped into a new chapter as a Service Dog Training Apprentice. She brings a keen passion for both guide dog work and psychiatric service dogs, and is currently in the process of training her own service dog.

CAROLYN

ADT

Carolyn is Woofability’s Service Dog Training, Lead Trainer and an Accredited Dog Trainer, known for her warm, confident presence and deep commitment to helping both people and dogs thrive. Her journey into the world of dog training began in the spring of 2022.

SIERRA

Sierra joined Woofability in December 2022 as Manager of the Enrichment Academy. Two years later, she followed her lifelong ambition of helping people through her deep love of dogs and began her journey as a Service Dog Training Apprentice with Woofability Service Dogs.

AMELIA

Amelia is an owner-trainer at Woofability with a lifelong love for animals, especially dogs and guinea pigs. She is a proud graduate of the Service Dog and Canine Studies Management program at Medicine Hat College in Alberta.
